APCA Presents UPAC with AT&T Foundation Grant

On March 14, 2008, APCA presented an AT&T Cares Foundation Grant to the Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC) to support their efforts in youth mentorship programs. APCA Southern California Chapter members have also volunteered their time mentoring San Diego-area students through UPAC's programs.

UPAC was founded in 1974; its mission, to improve the general well-being and education of the Asian, Pacific Islander and other ethnic communities of San Diego County.
